The coastal scenery is so superb
When cruising round the cliff tops at Tasman
Peninsular, in the autumn, undisturbed,
Enjoying the seascapes that beckon
Me to enter a spiritual state,
To become lost in wonder and emotion,
All the better to love and appreciate
The power of the great Southern Ocean,
The delightful wind-pruned coastal bushland,
To then, unexpectedly find on such
A windswept trail, created by the sea’s hand,
A blowhole, what a magnificent touch!
I stood, hypnotised by the rushing sea
Then rode away on my scooter, happily.
