Being a principal was very special,
It’s what I’d striven for,
Working with those around me
To achieve our goals and more,
Staff commitment and dedication,
Were always to the fore.
Significant others shared ideas
When exploring points of view,
The ‘what if’ and the ‘what might be’
Expressed by each of you.
Together we’d devise a plan
To guide what we must do.
